Air Traffic Management Bureau (ATMB), CAAC is a function organization to manage transport services in CAAC.

Its main duty is:

Organize implementation of the special plane and fly, the flow is managed and supervises and coordinate the air traffic daily operation which is in charge of the system of the civil aviation; Responsible for radio manage, civil air route (line), airport navigate and radar flight check-up of equipment of civil aviation;
