BACKGROUND INTROCUCTION
BSP-CN domestic operation was launched in September 1996. Bearing in mind that Category 2 (domestic)agents are much more than Category 1(International)and taking into account the fact that 80% of their employees do not read English, there was a urgent need to develop a training program just for those Category 2 Agent. With the great help of CAAC(Civil Aviation Administration of China) and the Chinese Member Carriers, this office had successfully launchedthe unique Domestic Agency Training Program simultaneously with BSP domestic operation.
Train-the-trainers course were given to all ATCs who took the initiative to conduct course on our behalf. Based on the recommendation of Member Carriers that the course shall last give days including the examination.
More 20,000 candidates have been trained.
Each year 2,000 to 3,000 candidates will be trained.
